Yacht Charter Malta: Private Sailing Yacht & Luxury Catamaran Guide

Luxury

With clear water, long summers and the Blue Lagoon a short sail away, Malta is one of the best places in the Mediterranean for a private yacht charter. Whether you’re celebrating, hosting clients or simply want a day on the water away from the crowds, chartering your own yacht is the most relaxed way to see the islands.

This guide covers our yacht charters in Malta: which boat to choose, where to go, what’s included and what it really costs, with honest prices for the whole boat.

Sailing Yacht or Luxury Catamaran?

Sailing yacht: Shirina Mia

Shirina Mia, an Elan Impression 45 sailing yacht available for private yacht charter in Malta

Shirina Mia is an Elan Impression 45 sailing yacht for up to 10 guests. With the sails up and the engine off, it’s quiet and genuinely romantic — ideal for couples, proposals, anniversaries and small groups who want the feeling of real sailing.

Luxury catamarans

Our seven catamarans give you more space, more shade and a steadier ride, which suits families, groups of friends and celebrations. They range from 15 guests on Chiquita and Cicciolina Mia up to 55 on Playtime. Bowie adds air conditioning, a generator and a water maker for hot summer days, and Angelina Mia is our newest and most modern yacht.

Not sure which suits you? Read our catamaran vs sailing yacht comparison.

Looking for a motor yacht?

Our fleet is sailing yachts and sailing catamarans, so we don’t offer motor yacht charters. Many guests who come to us looking for a “yacht” end up choosing a luxury catamaran: it gives you the space and comfort of a yacht, with a much calmer ride and far more room to relax and swim.

Where to Go on Your Yacht Charter

Blue Lagoon & Comino

Swim and snorkel in the Blue Lagoon and the quieter Crystal Lagoon, then anchor for lunch in a calm bay chosen around the day’s wind.

Gozo day trip

A full day along Gozo’s cliffs and quiet bays.

Corporate days & celebrations

Team days, client entertaining, weddings and birthdays on a private yacht. See our corporate and special occasions pages.
